Our CNC wheel lathe precisely cuts of a fine layer of aluminum from the entire face of the rim to produce a new finish. 

The lathe is designed for wheels with machined finishes – resulting in a bright appearance similar to polished aluminum. Upon closer inspection, you’ll see that machined rims actually have tiny machine lines cut into the aluminum.

*Your appointment is very important to the Kwicksilver team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other customers miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments for cosmetic repairs must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit charged to this card in order to schedule any cosmetic appointment. This applies to painting, powder coating, re-machining, polishing, and chroming of any wheels. Any appointment missed, late canceled, or changed without 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of this deposit. If you keep this appointment the $50 deposit will be applied to your final invoice. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to prevent any missed appointments that will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit. This 72 hour cancellation policy gives us time to inform other customers of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
